Cards: Declined deposit troubleshooting

Some of the possible reasons for your card being declined include the following:

  • Incorrect information. Check your card details and try again.
  • Expired card. Make sure your card is not expired or due to expire this month.
  • Insufficient funds. Check your available balance and try again.
  • Card blocked for online gaming transactions. Contact your bank for more information.

In order to review all available deposit options, please visit the Cashier.

If you need to remove this card as your Fast Deposit option, go to the Cashier, select More and then Fast Deposit Settings.
