NETELLER: Declined deposit troubleshooting

Possible reasons for a declined NETELLER deposit include:

  • Your NETELLER account was not created successfully and there are no funds available.
  • You have not received a verification call from NETELLER yet.
  • The Account ID, Secure ID or Authentication Code you entered are incorrect (if you have enabled Two-step authentication on your NETELLER account, you must use the 6-digit Authentication Code from the Google Authenticator app instead of the Secure ID).
  • Your NETELLER account could be under maintenance.

Contact NETELLER directly in order to make sure there are no issues with your account.
