Windows error: 'Client Failed to Initialize' - DirectX request

It would be helpful if you could send us a DirectX diagnostic report, so that we may see if there are any configuration conflicts between your system and our software.

To run this report please follow these steps:

  1. Press the combination of keys on the keyboard: Windows + R buttons at the same time.
  2. In the Open or Run field, please type dxdiag and press ENTER.
  3. Click OK.
  4. When the DirectX diagnostic report has finished running, click Save All Information....
  5. Save the file to your desktop.

The report can be forwarded to us via our Contact Support Form. A link to the form can be found in the Help menu of our desktop software or under Contact Us on our website.
