Instant eChecks: Updating bank account details

To update your registered bank account details for Instant eChecks, contact our Security department via our Contact Us form.

A link to the form can be found as follows (where applicable):

  • Website/Desktop: HelpContact Us.
  • Android/iOS app: Tap on the Menu button (Android) or the More button (iOS), go to Settings & Tools, tap on Support and select Contact Support.
  • PokerStars Next Gen app: Tap on the Account button to launch the Account Panel, then go to Help and tap Contact Support.

Once you have the form open follow these steps:

  1. Select the Withdrawals category.
  2. Select the Changing card or payment account subcategory.
  3. Enter Remove eCheck account information in the subject line.
  4. Type your request in the message field and click on Send.
