Instant eChecks: Updating bank account details

To update your registered bank account details for Instant eChecks, contact our Security department via our Contact Support Form.

A link to the form can be found as follows:

  • Website: Click on Help & Support, then under Contact Support select Contact us.
  • Desktop: Click on the Help menu, then Contact Support.
  • Mobile app: Tap on the Menu button (Android) or the More button (iOS), go to Settings & Tools, tap on Support and select Contact Support.

Once you have the form open follow these steps:

  1. Select the Withdrawals category.
  2. Select the Changing card or payment method sub-category.
  3. Enter Remove eCheck account information in the subject line.
  4. Type your request in the message field and click on Send.
