Restricting Casino in Full Tilt or PokerStars

Since you have one Stars Account for both PokerStars and Full Tilt brands, if we restrict your access to the Casino, you will not be able to play in both Casinos, as it is not possible to block one and continue playing in another Casino.

If you choose to restrict your access to the Casino, send us an email stating the period for the restriction, with a specific date.

We will not remove the restriction under any circumstances until the date of your choice. To reinstate Casino games after the expiry of the restriction period you will need to email us from the email address registered in your account and we will assist you with your request.
