App notifications during Self-Exclusion

You may still receive notifications via our mobile app even if you are self-excluded as this is the default setting however, they can be disabled manually.

To disable the push notifications, follow these instructions:

  1. Settings
  2. Notifications
  3. Select our app
  4. Change the Alert Style

Log in to our app, tap on the menu and select:

  1. Settings & Tools
  2. General Settings
  3. Untick Enable push notifications
