Casino technical issues - Clearing the application and lobby cache (Mac)

Clearing the application and lobby cache from our software can sometimes resolve issues accessing our Casino:

First, clear the application user settings:

  1. Open the Finder
  2. Go to the Library using one of the three options Shift + Command + G or go to Go then Go to Folder… from the menu bar, or browse the following path manually: ~/Library/
  3. Delete the PokerStars folder under Application Support (FullTilt if using the Full Tilt software)
  4. From the Preferences and Caches folders, delete the files or folders starting with com.pokerstars... (or com.fulltilt...)
  5. Empty the Trash

Next, open the Safari web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Safari menu next to the apple icon
  2. Select Preferences, then Advanced and check the Show Develop menu in menu bar
  3. Go to Develop
  4. Click Empty Caches

Cache is now enabled for the internal browser our software uses.

The cache folder is called XCW and is found under ~/Library/Caches. To clean cache for our Mac CEF software, simply move the XCW folder to the trash.
