Email validation - Instructions

To validate the email address you registered in your Stars Account, you should receive an email advising you of a code. If you do not receive it, then check that your email service provider does not consider emails from us as junk mail or spam.

Once you have your validation code, follow these steps depending on the software version you are using:

Desktop software
  1. Select Settings.
  2. Go to Account Details.
  3. Choose Email.
  4. Click on Validate Email Address.
  5. Enter the validation code you received via email.
  6. Click on the Validate button.

Mobile app
  1. Tap on Menu (Android) or More (iOS).
  2. Select Settings & Tools.
  3. Choose Account then Validate Email Address.
  4. When you see the Validate Email Address window enter your validation code.
  5. Click on Validate.

Once done, a message should appear confirming that your email address has been validated, and you will be able to play with us.
