Direct Bank Transfer: Withdrawal instructions

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, please log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.

Before requesting your Direct Bank Transfer withdrawal, make sure to have the following banking information at hand:

  • Bank name
  • IBAN
  • BIC
  • Bank code (UK only)
  • 3-digit Institution ID (Canada only)
  • 5-digit Branch Transit (Canada only)

The bank account holder's name and bank country must match the information registered on your Stars Account. The IBAN and BIC must be inserted in capital letters and without any spaces, dashes, or other additional characters.

The funds will automatically come out of your Preferred Currency balance. To withdraw from a different currency, go to the Cashier, and then Manage Currencies.

To request a withdrawal via this method, go to the Cashier and follow these steps:

  1. Select the Withdraw tab.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  3. Select the Withdraw button.
  4. Select the Direct Bank Transfer option.
  5. Scroll down and enter your banking details*.
  6. Select the green arrow to continue.
  7. Re-enter your banking details.
  8. Confirm you are the bank account holder.
  9. Select the green arrow to register your banking details.

*You may be unable to enter the details immediately after the description for each field. Click in the middle of the field to be able to start typing.

Once your bank details are registered, you can submit your request.

Your withdrawal will be processed within 72 hours (48 hours for Portugal) and credited to your bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
