Wire Transfers: Withdrawal instructions


To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.

Wire transfer withdrawals can only be sent to a bank account registered in your name and your bank country must match the country registered in your Stars Account.

We will cover all fees charged by the sending bank and players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank, or intermediary bank (if applicable), for receiving a wire transfer.

To request a withdrawal via wire transfer, follow these instructions:

  1. Log into your Stars Account, head to the Cashier and select the Withdraw tab.
  2. Insert the withdrawal amount you wish to request and press the green arrow.
  3. In the next screen, you'll be notified if you have any pending automatic withdrawals and you'll see the payment methods available to withdraw any remaining amount.
  4. If you do not have any pending automatic withdrawals, or if there's a remaining amount, select Wire Transfer from the available payment methods and choose the green arrow.
  5. Enter your banking information and select Request.
    • Note: Intermediary bank information should not be included.
  6. Once you are taken back to the Cashier and see your banking details next to the Wire Transfer option, selec the green arrow.
  7. If everything is correct, submit your request.

It can take up to 72 hours for your withdrawal to be approved and up to an additional 2-5 business days after that for the funds to be credited to your bank account.

Always remember to properly log out before closing your mobile app. If you do get blocked by the system, wait 10 minutes before you try to log back in.
