INSTADEBIT: Returned deposits

If we are unable to debit a deposit from your INSTADEBIT eWallet, the following will occur:

  • The transaction will be returned to INSTADEBIT.
  • INSTADEBIT will automatically block your account with them.
  • The funds initially credited to your Stars Account will be automatically debited from your balance.

If the return results in a negative figure, you can repay it with any of the deposit options in the Cashier or by receiving a transfer from another player.

Once you bring your Stars Account balance up to at least $0.00, please contact our Security Department at security@starsaccount.com, they will notify INSTADEBIT so they can unblock your account.
