Yandex.Money: Declined deposit troubleshooting

The common reasons for a declined Yandex.Money deposit are the following:

  1. The payment process was not finished correctly: After entering the required information and clicking on Submit in our Cashier, make sure to follow the onscreen instructions on the Yandex.Money screen and to enter your deposit amount in RUB.
  2. Incorrect details: Make sure that all details are entered correctly, including the email address and password you registered with Yandex.Money. 

If the funds were deducted from your Yandex.Money balance but not credited to your Stars Account, contact us so we may investigate further.
