Temporary PIN

A temporary PIN is a 6-digit number that is issued in addition to your password. Once a temporary PIN is set for your account, you will be required to enter it only once via a dynamic virtual keypad.

The dynamic virtual keypad protects you from some malicious spyware and Trojan programs designed to capture your keystrokes when you log in from unsecured or public computers.

When suspicious activity is detected on your account, a temporary PIN will be issued to your registered email address as a precautionary measure. This is a single-use PIN required for accessing your account after you have successfully entered your username and password.

A temporary PIN enhances account security by providing an additional validation number, which would prevent you from being exposed to certain types of 'phishing' and 'social engineering' scams.
