Software issues - Clearing the application and lobby cache (Windows)

Clearing the application and lobby cache from our software can sometimes resolve issues accessing our software:

  1. Close our software, you will not be able to delete the required files while our software is open.
  2. Open Windows/File Explorer ('Windows key + E').
  3. Type in:
    %temp%
  4. Delete the following folders:
    • XCW - this is the application cache.
    • PokerStarsBrCache and PokerStarsBr - this is the lobby cache ('FullTiltBrCache' and 'FullTiltBr' if using the Full Tilt software).
