HiPay: Withdrawals from HiPay wallet to bank account

Once you request a withdrawal to your HiPay wallet account, you will then have 7 days to accept it.

If the currency of your withdrawal request is different from your HiPay account currency, HiPay exchange fees will apply.

If you do not already have a HiPay wallet account, one will be automatically created for you when you request your first withdrawal from your Stars Account.

You will then receive an email from no-reply@hipay.com containing your login and temporary password.

To transfer the funds to your bank account, you must first validate your HiPay Wallet account by following these steps:

  1. Select the Click here to activate your account link.
  2. Type your temporary password, then choose a personal one and choose Confirm.
  3. Once redirected to your HiPay Wallet account, fill in your personal details and upload the required verification documents (for further details on the verification process, contact HiPay Support directly).

Once your HiPay account has been verified, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Finance, then Withdrawals and fill out the form.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and select Submit.

Your withdrawal request will be confirmed by email.

Validated withdrawals are sent to bank accounts respecting usual banking transfer delays. Non-SEPA withdrawal and withdrawals over €10.000 can take up to 7 days to be available on your bank account.
