MuchBetter: Withdrawal instructions (mobile app)

To confirm if this payment method is available in your country, please log into your Stars Account and go to the Cashier.


To request a MuchBetter withdrawal from your mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Stars Account.
  2. Depending on your device:
    • iOS: Tap the Cashier icon at the bottom of your screen.
    • Android: Tap the three-line navigation menu icon in the top-left corner then tap on Cashier.
  3. Select the Withdraw tab.
  4. Enter your withdrawal amount and select the green arrow.
  5. If you have any pending automatic withdrawals, you will be informed of:
    • the amount
    • the method and account it will be sent to
    • any remaining amount after the automatic withdrawal
  6. If you do not have any pending withdrawals, simply choose MuchBetter from the available options.
  7. Enter the mobile number associated with your MuchBetter account and select the green arrow to submit your request.

If you do not have a MuchBetter account yet, you will have the option to open one from our Cashier window.

The funds should be credited to your MuchBetter account right away, as long as it has been fully validated.
